?> Knit'n'Natter update - April 2017 - Willow Tea Rooms, GlasgowWillow Tea Rooms, Glasgow — Designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh

The Willow Tea Rooms are pleased to be working with the charity Woolly Hugs project which is supporting the Royal Hospital for Children (Yorkhill) and Glasgow Maternity Hospitals.  We are looking for anyone who can knit some squares and help towards this great project.

Some of the projects are as follows:

Angel Hugs… help us with our angel hugs..blankets made specially to provide a little bit of help and comfort to families

Little Hugs….comfort for poorly children… bright & colourful blankets but soft & sensitive as well….

You can find out more here https://www.woollyhugs.org/ongoing-projects/

For this joint project only we’re using Robin DK – white for Angel Hugs, as cheerful as you like for Little Hugs

Finished your blanket or your 6 or 12 inch square?  Bring it along to our next Knit’n’Natter.  If you can’t manage to one of our events, don’t worry as you can still be involved and hand your squares into the Willow at Watt Brothers Tea Room and we will ensure they get to Woolly Hugs
