What time do you open from?

Our opening hours for the Tea Rooms at Sauchiehall Street and Buchanan Street are: Monday to Saturday, 0900 hours to 1700 hours (last orders 1630 hours); Sunday 1100 hours to 1700 hours (last orders 1615 hours).

Do you take reservations?

Yes, we have an online booking form (see section "Make a Reservation") or if you would prefer you can book by telephone.  For Sauchiehall Street call 0141-332-0521 and for Buchanan Street call 0141-204-5242.

Can I book specifically for the Room De Luxe at the Willow Tea Rooms in Sauchiehall Street?

You can, we find this is a very popular room and is often requested by our visitors. We try and put all our bookings into the Room De Luxe.  Our online booking form also has a section for additional information and you can add this to your request.  We always try to accommodate individual requests whenever we can.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code - all our visitors are welcome whether casual or smartly dressed.

Are children welcome?

We are delighted to welcome our younger visitors.  We have a special Kids Menu with all their favourites on it.

Do you serve Gluten Free foods?

Our menu contains a range of items which are suitable for a gluten free diet.  In addition, with advance notice we can provide a wider range, for example we can offer gluten free breads for our afternoon tea selection.

Are the Tea Rooms licensed?

The Willow Tea Rooms in Buchanan Street is licensed and sells a range of wines, beers and whiskies.  Also very popular at Buchanan Street is our Champagne Afternoon Tea - our traditional afternoon tea with that extra bit of luxury! All for £19.95 per person.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

We do and these are very popular gifts for all sorts of occasions.  These can be bought via our online shop or by telephone - contact the Willow team on 0141-332-0521 and they will be able to assist. We also sell vouchers at both our Tea Rooms.

The most popular of our gift vouchers is our Afternoon Tea Gift vouchers.  These vouchers can be used at either of the Tea Rooms, and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

What time is afternoon tea served from?

All items on our menu are available all day, incuding our traditional breakfast specialities and our delicious afternoon teas.

 Are there car parks near to the Tea Rooms?

For Sauchiehall Street, the nearest multi-storey car park is located in Cambridge Street.  This is less than 5 minutes walk from the Tea Room.

For Buchanan Street, the nearest multi-storey is the NCP located in Mitchell Street.  Again, this is less than 5 minutes walk from the Tea Room.

Do you have any access restrictions?

Both Tea Rooms are first floor level and above and are only accessible by going up stairs.
