CHILLI

1lb Ground Mince

1 Chopped Onion

1 Clove of Garlic

1tsp Cumin

1tsp Turmeric

1tsp Chilli powder

1tsp Cajun spice

1 Small tin Tomato Puree

1 Large tin Tomatoes

½pt Ham Stock

Dash Soy sauce

Dash Oyster sauce

3tblsp Plum Sauce

3tblsp Hot Chilli sauce

1 tin Kidney beans

1 Green pepper chopped

Thicken to taste with gravy granules

Method

Brown mince, in a separate pot cook off onions and garlic.  When mince is browned, add onions and garlic.

Add all of the sauces, stirring constantly.

Add tomatoes, peppers and kidney beans

Thicken with gravy granules.
