We’re located at 97 Buchanan Street. Our doorway is in between Jo Malone and Penhaligon’s. The tea rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of 97 Buchanan Street.

Glasgow: unfortunately, we do not have disabled access as our tea rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building and there is no lift. For this reason, we regret we are not a suitable venue for customers who require a wheelchair/who are unable to climb the stairs to the 1st floor. There are 27 stairs from the ground floor to the 1st floor.

Edinburgh: We're located on the 1st floor of 120 Princes Street (gift shop located on the ground floor) therefore we are unable to accommodate customers who require wheelchair access in the tearooms.

You do not need to book in advance, but we do recommend you book if you can. When booking online you will be asked to select the breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea menu for your booking.

You do not need to book afternoon tea in advance. We can accommodate people without a reservation however this number is based on the date and time that you arrive to the tea rooms. We would always recommend booking if you are able to.

You can order an afternoon tea when we open at 9am (10am Sundays) and throughout the day.
